A trip of events

( The only thing that made the air trip nice was this incrediable sunset in the sky! Isn't it gorgeous?)
Well were do we start...We were suppose to fly out Thursday night and get there in time for the girls to watch the college games that afternoon.
Well.. this is how the trip went....
Arrive at Salt lake airport only to find out flight was canceled because a bird broke the windshield (weird?) after hours of hanging out, got a flight, landed in Denver only to find out our connecting flight was canceled! Spent the night in Denver.
had to be back to airport at 6:00. only to find out....Yep, no record of us being on the flight to Oklahoma!! After much arguing found a flight for late that night to Oklahoma.
So after arriving at the SLC airport at 2:00 Thursday we arrive in Oklahoma Friday evening. All the ppl that drove beat us there!!
Ha Ha it doesn't end there. Arrive to go home yesterday morning and we are not on the flight once again! finally find a flight to get us home with a connection in Denver.,A short 1 hour 20 min. flight...Right??? Well, we ran into the WOSRT thunderstorm EVER and they would not let us land!!! We circled in the air for close to two hours and finally when were were about to run out of gas, yes I said, run out of gas!!! We had no choice but to fly through the storm and land!! Only by the grace of God, we made It!! But, yes, you guessed it, we missed our connecting flight!!
ha ha I don't know how but we got home about 1:30 this morning!! What a travel trip!!
